Game Rules
Rules that keep Arkhon fair and fun for everyone. They apply in the game, on the forum and on the website.
The rules may be updated during beta; major changes are announced in the news.
Account
- Your account is yours; never share your password. The account owner is responsible for losses on shared accounts.
- Buying or selling accounts, characters, items or in-game currency for real money is forbidden.
- Posing as a team member (GM) to ask others for passwords or items is forbidden. The team never asks for your password.
Fair play
- Cheats, bots, macros and third-party software that alters the game are forbidden.
- Exploiting bugs for your own gain is forbidden; report bugs you find through a support ticket.
- Attacks that harm the server or other players (disconnecting, flooding, etc.) are forbidden.
Community
- Swearing, insults, hate speech, harassment and threats are forbidden.
- Sharing other people's personal information without permission is forbidden.
- Advertising, spam and promoting other games or servers are forbidden.
- Character, clan and usernames may not be offensive, misleading or imitate the team.
Penalties
Depending on how serious a breach is, a warning, chat ban, temporary suspension or permanent account closure may follow. Items and gains obtained by cheating are removed.
To appeal a penalty, open a support ticket; appeals are handled through support, not on the forum.
