The service
Arkhon Online is an online service made of the website, the forum and the game. As the game is in development, features may change, data may be reset during tests and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Account
Give accurate information when you register and keep your account secure. If you are under 18, use the service with your parent's or guardian's permission. Accounts that break the Game Rules may be penalised.
Virtual items and Arkhon Cash
In-game items, in-game currency and Arkhon Cash are virtual content usable only within the service, with no real-money value; you receive a right to use them, not ownership. They cannot be transferred or sold outside the service. When paid sales start, refund and withdrawal terms will be published in line with the applicable law.
Content
You are responsible for what you post on the forum and in support tickets. Content that breaks the rules may be removed. The game's name, logo, images and other content belong to Arkhon Online; commercial use without permission is forbidden.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for outages, data loss or damage caused by third parties.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; important changes are announced on the website. For questions, write to destek@arkhononline.com or open a support ticket. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
