The world of Arkhon Online is made of maps that open up as you level. Each map is about 2 km across.
The maps
- Arkent (1–40): the shared starting map of all three races, with the big market square.
- Orc lands: Gorak (40–60) and Karzor (60–80).
- Human lands: Valen (40–60) and Doran (60–80).
- Elf lands: Lorin (40–60) and Elora (60–80).
- WarLand (40–60): the first war map where the three races meet.
- Warkon (60–80): the war map of the high levels.
How to travel
- Each race has its own portal in Arkent. It takes you to your race's 40–60 and 60–80 lands and to the war maps.
- The teleport gate in town opens a list of destinations.
- H takes you back to town, in front of the gate.
- Changing maps shows a loading screen with the map's picture, its name and a gameplay tip.
Finding your way
- M opens the world map, which shows the monster levels of each area.
- Your quest targets are marked on the minimap.
Four seasons
The race lands from level 40 to 80 are split into four season realms: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Snow falls in winter, leaves blow in autumn, and embers and ash drift over the Orc castles.
Note: the game is in development; values may change during beta testing.
